Lion was filmed on the Arri Alexa RAW 2.8 and Arri Alexa RAW Open Gate 3.4 cameras with both spherical and anamorphic lenses.
The picture was conformed and graded in Baselight at native resolution, and mastered in Flame at DDP Studios, Melbourne.
Visual Effects were produced in 2K at Iloura, Melbourne. Digital Cinema was mastered to 2K DCP in original aspect 1:2.40.
Sound Post Production was at Soundfirm Melbourne edited on Protools v11, with ADR recorded in India, Australia and North America.
Sound was premixed and final mixed in Dolby Atmos and printmastered in both 5.1 and Dolby Atmos for distribution on Interop and SMPTE DCPs.
