THE KING was filmed in the United Kingdom and Hungary on the ARRI ALEXA 65 camera at 6.5K resolution at 24fps on anamorphic lenses.  

Picture and Sound Editing, and Post Production finishing and sound mixing was in Sydney, Australia. Music (Score) was recorded at Air Studios, London. 

Offline picture editing was in DNx36HD on the Avid Media Composer in rooms at Definition Studios, sound editing in Protools at Robert Mackenzie Sounds facility.  

Picture was color graded at both Company 3 (USA) and Definition Studios (Sydney) on Da Vinci Resolve in 4K resolution in P3 color space for theatrical release on DCP (SDR) and in Dolby Vision (HDR) for Netflix Streaming master IMF (Dolby Vision HDR).

Sound was mixed at Definition Studios for Theatrical release in 5.1 surround sound, and for Netflix Streaming was mixed in Nearfield Dolby Atmos. Sound was later also mastered in Dolby Atmos Theatrical for limited release.
